Truly we only have time to love.

This is sad news.

With the news of the death of the late actor Joo-hyuk Kim (45 years old),

While reading a news article that his lover Yoo-young Lee was shocked by his death,

I had few thoughts that I wanted to share with you.

First, I was a little surprised to hear that an actor with a familiar face died so suddenly,

as I remember seeing the drama in which the late Joo-hyuk Kim appeared.

Second, the late Joo-hyuk Kim is 45 years old, and it is regrettable that he left at such a young age. 

I thought that we, as a people, could not really look ahead.

And I thought since I have been given today, I just want to give thanks to God, and live by depending on God.

Third, looking at the news article,

I saw the article that the cause of death of the late Joo-hyuk Kim was myocardial infarction. 

So I searched the Internet a bit about myocardial infarction.

The reason is because even a pastor younger than me I know has a heart problem.

In the case of that pastor, I heard the doctor said it was because he was so stressed.

As I read the article about the death of the late Joo-hyuk Kim,

I wondered if he had a myocardial infarction because he was too stressed.

At the same time, I thought that many young people in Korea

and I am worried that they are under too much stress in many ways.

Fourth, I wondered how Yoo-young Lee, who left her lover Joo-hyuk Kim first, at the young age of 27,

would feel now after hearing this shocking news about her lover’s death.

The reason is because I often wonder what my wife will think of me when I die,

or, conversely, because I think about what my heart would be like if my wife die before me.

So I am praying that the Lord will call me and my wife to heaven together.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, let us give thanks to God for what we have today.

And let's be thankful for the existence of our lovers/spouses/children/parents, etc., whom God gave us as a gift.

Let's not forget that someday, no matter how much we love our spouses,

there will be a breakup for a while on this earth.
