Isn’t love supposed to be stronger than death?
Today, I heard the news that two friends broke up with their wives.
Both of my friends got married late, so they have young children.
One of the friends who was injured in an accident and was paralyzed for over a year,
and passed away last week about a month after divorce with his wife in agreement.
I am sure his heart must have been very hard before he died.
Another friend said that he had been divorced for about two months.
Since he asked me earnestly to officiate his wedding, I did.
But when I heard the news that he was divorced, I feel a little sad.
I think of this and that.
When I think of my dead friend, I think of how hard it must have been for his heart more than his body.
I wonder what it would be like to have agreed to break up with his wife.
Shouldn't couples be more together in times of crisis ... I just think this to myself.
Maybe a couple's love can be known more in times of crisis.
(Thinking of my dead friend’s wife, I thought how difficult it has been for her to make such a decision.
How she is going to get through her life in America with her little son without any family or relatives ...)
