In love God calls those whom He chose before the foundation of the world to salvation.

Those whom God called to bring salvation were predestined (Rom. 8:30)

Those whom God predestined to salvation, who He called first regenerates them,

the sanctification of the Holy Spirit.

Conversion is the inevitable result of this regeneration and there are elements of repentance and of faith.
