The children of God who really please Father God (1)

The children of God who really please Father God (Prov. 23:15-16) don’t let their hearts envy sinners (v. 17). 

[The reason is because they know that there is no future and hope to the sinners (v. 18)].

Rather, they fear God (v. 17).  

The reason is because there is future and hope for those who fear God (v. 18).

The children of God who really please God enjoy the blessing of prosperity even through suffering (Ex. Joseph). 

The reason why they suffer is because they hate evil since they fear God (8:13).

Therefore, they suffer because of the wicked but they consider suffering for the sake of the Lord as grace (Phil. 1:29).
