Now we Christians are rejecting the word of God.

Now we Christians are rejecting the word of God (Isa. 30:12).

Now we hate to hear the word of God, the sword of the Holy Spirit and the rod (Jere. 23:29; Eph. 6:17).

The reason is because there are conscience-stricken and our hearts are being broken.

Therefore, we are asking the Lord’s servants to speak the pleasant things to us (Isa. 40:10).

We want to hear the pleasant words that scratch our itching ears

Rather than the words that point out and rebuke our sins.

As a result, we don’t realize the sins of our wrong choice, forsaking the the right path

and pursuing falsehood.

Now we believe in deceit.  Now we are rejecting God’s holy words.
