Why does Satan stop us?

Apostle Paul made every effort to see the Thessalonica church’s saints

out of his intense longing (1 Thess. 2:17).

But Satan stopped him (v. 18).  What was the reason?

Maybe the reason was Satan tried to make them ti bring no fruit to maturity,

fall away, and not to be saved (Lk. 8:12-14)

when the Thessalonica church saints, who welcomed the message with the joy given

by the Holy Spirit (1 Thess. 1:6) were being persecuted and suffering (2:14).
