"Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth" (Mt. 5:5).

The gentle Christians ...

1. Know themselves by knowing God.
2. Don’t think more than they suppose to.
3. Are humble.
4. Receive criticism but not defensive.
5. Quickly acknowledge their own mistake, weakness and wrongdoing.
6. Confront their own wrongdoing boldly.
7. Know not only that they are sinners but God’s children who receive God’s great love.
8. Endure the difficulties that come upon them in order to manifest God’s glory and His greatness.
