We should not distort the Scripture.

When we see people who say that they search

and study the Scripture intently but distort it (2 Pet. 3:16)

By interpreting the Scripture believe it however they want,

I think there should be a frame for viewing the Scripture.

And that frame is the sound doctrine

and I think that sound doctrine is the frame of Reformed theology.

Of course, being even in that frame of Reformed theology can be dangerous

Because that theology isn’t the Scripture but the interpretation of it.

But I think it’s dangerous to interpret the Scripture however we want

outside of that frame of Reformed theology.
