To live

In order to establish our actions firmly in the word of the Lord,

We must open our mouths wide and panted.

Look at Psalms 119:131 – “I opened my mouth wide and panted, For I longed for Your commandments.”

This is like breathing because a person will die if he doesn’t breathe air.

Likewise the psalmist longed for God’s commandments if he would die (Park, Yun-sun).

That’s how much we should yearn for the word of the Lord.

We should open our mouth wide and panted for longing the Word of God.

We need to know that we will die without eating the word of God.

So in order to live, we must long for the word of God.

We must seek His word with sense of survival.
