Even though she was beautiful ...

Although beautiful of form and face Rachel (Gen. 29:17) loved by Jacob,

The second son of beautiful mother Rebekah (26:7)

More than her older sister Leah whose eyes were weak (29:17),

She didn’t have a child.

So she became jealous of her sister Leah,

She wanted Jacob to be in the place of God

And said to him, “Give me children, or else I die” (30:1, 2)

Even though Rachel was beautiful,

She was a woman with jealousy and fierce temperament

Instead of having good character.
