A pastor-killer?

Although King Saul’s guards weren’t willing to put forth their hands

to attack the priests of the Lord (22:17),

Doeg the Edomite, the chief of Saul’s shepherds (21:7)

attacked the 85 priests and killed them without any hesitation (22:18).

There still seems to be few pastor-killers like Doeg.

They don’t hesitate to slander, criticize, or even condemn the Lord’s servants.

That’s how much they don’t fear God.
