The people who hear the Word can be divided

When a pastor boldly proclaims the word of God’s grace with reliance upon the Lord,

The people who hear the Word can be divided (Acts 14:3-4).

Those who are “appointed to eternal life” believe.

And they rejoice and glorify the word of the Lord (13:48).

And they follow the Lord and the pastor whom He has raised (14:4).

But those who don’t consider themselves worthy of eternal life reject the Word of God (13:46).

And they who refuse to believe stir up the church members

And poison their minds against the pastor (14:2, 4).
