The upright in heart

He who is upright in the sight of God is the upright in heart.

The upright in heart takes refuge in the Lord.

Even though his foundation seems like being destroyed by the fatal temptation and violence of the wicked,

he goes up to His holy temple and looks to the Lord’s throne in heaven.

The reason is because he knows that His eyes behold and His eyelids test the upright.

The righteous God hates the wicked and the one who loves violence

So he will judge them and rain snares upon them.

But He loves righteousness.

So He will make the upright to behold His face. (Ps. 11)
