We shouldn’t even go near the door of her house.

We must keep our way far from an adulteress

And do not go near the door of her house (Prov. 5:3, 8).

Otherwise, we will give our vigor to others

And our years to one who is cruel (v. 9)

And will groan at the end of our lives (v. 11).

We should rejoice in the wife of our youth (v. 18).

Her breasts should satisfy us always,

And we must be captivated by her love (v. 19).
