When we are afflicted

We must ponder the Word of the Lord (Ps. 119:95)

Because His Word will preserve our lives (v. 93).

We must seek His Word (v. 94)

Because we are seeking His salvation (v. 94).

True believers place their hope in the Word of God. 

Therefore, we don’t forget His Word (Park).

The Lord is our only hope in suffering.

Therefore, we must seek and think about the Lord’s word more and more in our sufferings.

The Lord will strengthen us by His Word in our sufferings.

The Lord will save us according to His Word.
