Our God
“The LORD said, "I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering. So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey—the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites” (Exodus 3:7-8).
Our God is a God who see our misery and who hears our cry out for help. Also, He concerns about our suffering. So He comes down to rescue us from our enemies and to bring us up out of this world into the world that is coming, that is heaven. And this I experienced this past week through the death of our sister in Christ ‘Grandma Jang.’ I truly believe that God saw her misery and suffering. I also believe that God heard her cry out ‘God, take me to heaven quickly.’ So He came down and rescues her and brought her out of that misery and took her into His home, heaven. And I know for sure that I will meet her in heaven when the Lord will also bring me Home.
