We must trust in the Almighty Lord God,

who executes His plans as already determined.

The Almighty Lord God, who declares rightful destruction upon the people of Israel

and surely executes it as already planned, says to His people who dwell in Zion:

‘Even if the Assyrians strike you with a rod and raise their staff against you, do not fear them.

For soon My anger against you will end, and My wrath will be directed against them. ...

On that day I will break the yoke off their necks and tear off their bonds;

the yoke they have imposed on you will be broken, and the bonds will be lifted’

(Isaiah 10:21-27).

When contemplating these words,

I receive the lesson that we must trust in the Almighty Lord God,

who executes His plans as already determined,

and believe that God will break the yoke that has been imposed on us,

so that it will no longer be a burden to us.
