We must rely on the Lord's steadfast love.

Even if we have fallen, our souls are troubled,

and our hearts are anxious all day long,

and even though we cry out to the Lord

and it seems like He does not answer our prayers,

and it feels as if He has forgotten us forever and hidden His face from us,

we must rely on His steadfast love and, in hope,

rejoice in the salvation that He will surely provide in the future

(Ref.: Psalms 13:1-3, 5).
