Are we supporting the children God

gave us throughout our lives and until we die?

When the angel of the Lord appeared to a woman

who had not been able to bear children and said,

"You are soon to conceive and bear a son,"

it was certainly astonishing news for her.

But even more astonishing was when the angel went on to say,

"The child shall be dedicated to God

from birth until the day of his death"

(Judges 13:3, 7).

How remarkable is that?

If God were to gift us with children when we thought we couldn't have any,

could we truly dedicate them to God from birth until the end of their lives in faith?

Or are we currently dedicating the children God has given us to Him

throughout their lives until death?
