A successful pastor who failed in family ministry?

The elderly priest Eli heard about everything happening around him,

including the rumors that his sons were seducing the young women

who were helping at the entrance to the tent of meeting and sleeping with them

(1 Samuel 2:22).

How would an elderly pastor feel

if he heard that his children were sinning against God?

Even if he might be praised for his successful ministry (church work)
