We must be confident that God will fulfill

what He has promised (Romans 4:21).

When God called Moses, He gave a promise:

"I will make the Egyptians favorably disposed toward this people,

so that when you leave you will not go empty-handed"

(Exodus 3:21).

Just as He promised, God made the Egyptians favorably disposed toward the Israelites,

and they gave them what they asked for, so the Israelites plundered the Egyptians (12:36).

We must be fully persuaded that God has the power to do what He has promised

(Romans 4:21).
