I must persevere and not give up on prayer.

Isaac married Rebekah at the age of 40, but Rebekah was barren.

So Isaac prayed to God, and after 20 years, God answered his prayer

and gave birth to twins Esau and Jacob when he was 60 years old

(Genesis 25:20-26).

I am taught that I must persevere in prayer and not give up.

To win in prayer ...

In order to win in prayer,

we must pray persistently and not give up on prayer

unless the Lord blesses us

(Genesis 32:24-26).
