A husband who cannot leave his mother for many reasons

will not only fail to love his wife as himself but is unable to do so

(Ref.: Ephesians 5:33).

A husband who has not left his mother?

Because of the husband's failure to emotionally, mentally,

or physically separate from his parents (especially his mother)

and become united with his wife,

the two are not becoming one body as they should
