We must be fully armed with the weapons of God

so that we can withstand the devil's tricks.

In the Lord and through His mighty power,

we must continually be strengthened to be fully equipped with God's armor

so that we can stand against the schemes of the devil.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers,

against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world,

and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes,

we may be able to stand our ground, and after we have done everything, to stand

(Ephesians 6:10-13).
