What is the purpose of giving various positions?

The purpose of the Lord giving us various positions

is to perfect the saints to do the work of service

and to grow the church as the body of Christ

(Ephesians 4:11-12).

Various officials must get along well and serve each other.

When we serve the church, the body of Christ, in various positions given by the Lord,

we must serve in harmony by being united by the Holy Spirit

(Ephesians 4:3, 11-12).
