Though people never change …

Though people never change,

the Lord of absolutes transformed even someone like me,

who was absolutely unchanging,

into a pastor to live for Jesus Christ and the gospel.

The Lord, who changed 'Saul' into 'Paul,'

accomplished this remarkable transformation

(Acts 9:1-20).

The Lord who initiated this remarkable transformation

will, when the last trumpet sounds, instantaneously transform me

(1 Corinthians 15:51),

so that my humble body will be conformed

to the body of His glory (Philippians 3:21).
