A pastor who glorifies himself instead of glorifying the Lord
is someone who preaches according to his own thoughts
without leading believers into the truth.
The saints who receive ‘grace’(?) from that sermon
are not those who are guided by the Holy Spirit of truth
(John 16:13-14).
