Farmers who sow seeds of the Word and the Gospel

We are like farmers who scatter the seeds of God's word

and the seeds of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Day by day, without us realizing it, the seeds of the word and the gospel

that are sown sprout and grow, bearing fruit.

First the shoot appears, then the head, and finally the ripened grain in the head.

When the grain is ripe, harvest time arrives.

So we must patiently wait until the Lord comes again.

"See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth

and is patient for it, enduring the autumn and spring rains.

You also must be patient and stand firm, because the Lord's coming is near"

(Mark 4:26-29; James 5:7-8).
