Don't be discouraged but be courageous.
The people of the world who hate Jesus for no reason
will naturally hate us, Jesus' disciples, for no reason and torment us.
The more we are hated and tormented by the people of the world,
the more we think of Jesus,
who loved us until he was hated, suffered, and died on the cross.
We must endure the shame and the pain of our cross
for the joy we will enjoy in the future, and do not be discouraged.
We must be courageous
(John 15:21, 25; Hebrews 12:2-3).
