How should one live with a foolish husband?

The wise woman Abigail knew that her husband Nabal was a foolish man

(1 Sam. 25:25, 33).

How does a wise wife live with a foolish husband?

At least, from what we can gather from the Bible,

a wise wife not only thinks about what to do but also acts promptly,

seeming to be slow in speaking to her foolish husband (Ref.: Jam. 1:19).

She humbly prostrates herself before God,

taking on the burden of her foolish husband's wrongdoing

and pouring out her heart before the Lord

(vv. 17-19, 23-24, 36, 41).
